The first thing to do is contact me using the form in the "Contact" section to check my availability for your wedding day! My suggestion is to reach out well in advance to ensure you get a confirmation right away.
Nice to meet you
During our first meeting—whether at a café, a restaurant, or your place—we’ll start outlining the idea for your ceremony together. If the famous spark ignites... it’s a done deal: I’ll book your wedding date in my calendar, and our project will begin!
Ready, set... go!
We’ll schedule two in-depth meetings where you’ll tell me everything about your love story and your wishes for the ceremony. To help you to be prepared, I’ll send you a guide with some questions so you can relive your memories together and come to the meeting prepared.
WhatsApp Group
I usually create a WhatsApp group with you (I find it quicker than emails!!) to stay in touch and always be available to you.
Drafting your project
Based on our meetings, I’ll work on and research the themes important to you, creating a unique project for your ceremony. If you’d like to include a specific ritual during the ceremony, we can discuss it—I can give you some ideas, and together we’ll take care of any purchases and preparations.
“Phone-a-friend”
I’ll be happy to contact your witnesses or other friends and family members to gather additional input and incorporate it into my speech. You’ll be surprised to hear what your loved ones have shared with me.
Work in progress
During the preparations, I’ll coordinate with everyone involved in the ceremony. This includes not only friends and family but also the wedding planner, photographers, and DJ.
Final countdown!
By now, the speech will be ready, but the week before the wedding, I like to have a call with my couples. Not only to ease your nerves but also to address any last-minute questions you might have.

On your wedding day, I’ll arrive at the location 1.5 hours earlier to check the final details. Then, I’ll be thrilled to guide you through your special and unforgettable moment!
